The rule that explains the whole price list
The difference between the subscription and maintenance is always exactly €20 per month, in all three packages. If you plan to use the totem for more than two years, we recommend buying the license. If you are not sure, start with the subscription.

Anchor prices? Solved.
From 17 November 2026, every current price in Croatia must be displayed with its anchor price. On the Orderary totem it is one field in the system: shown automatically, with no printing and no risk of fines.
Read the anchor prices guideThe difference is always exactly €20 per month - the installment of the €500 license, which pays off in 25 months. If you plan to use the totem for more than two years, buying the license pays off. Otherwise start with the subscription; you can always buy the license later.
Servers and traffic, device monitoring, machine translations, support and automatic updates - and in the AI package, AI processing of guest queries. Without it the totem works, but it does not update, sync or receive new features.
Yes, the totem is your property from day one in both models. With the license purchase the software license is permanent too; with the subscription the right of use lasts as long as the subscription.
Upgrade any time - the difference is charged pro rata. Downgrade at contract renewal. Modules such as analytics or POS integration can also be added individually, without moving to a higher package.
Yes. Seasonal venues can pause for up to 4 months a year at €9 per month. The menu and settings remain - in spring you just switch the totem back on.
Yes. Volume discounts apply to the subscription: 10% for 2 to 4 totems, 15% for 5 to 9 and 20% for 10 or more. They can be combined with annual payment, up to 30% in total.
Within 60 days of installation you can cancel with an 80% refund of the hardware amount. We have no interest in keeping an unhappy customer.
