Data controller

The data controller is Orderary d.o.o. ("Orderary"). For any questions about data processing, write to info@orderary.com.

What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, venue name and message content - solely to respond to your inquiry. Through cookies we collect basic, anonymous data about site visits.

Purpose and legal basis

Contact form data is processed based on your request to be contacted (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - steps prior to entering into a contract). We do not use your data for marketing without separate consent and never sell it to third parties.

Retention

Inquiries are kept as long as needed to communicate with you, and no longer than 12 months after the last contact, unless our cooperation becomes a contractual relationship.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and the right to object. Send requests to info@orderary.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Cookies

The site uses essential cookies (e.g. language selection) and, with your consent, anonymous analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent by deleting cookies in your browser.
