The trust of guests and venues matters more to us than any feature. Here is a short overview of how we approach security and privacy.
Encrypted communication
Communication between devices, browsers and our services runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).
No guest sign-up
Guests don't need to install an app or create an account to browse the menu, get a recommendation or order. We don't ask for personal data we don't need.
Payments
Card payments are processed by specialised payment service providers. Orderary does not store payment card numbers.
GDPR
We process personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). What we collect, why, and what your rights are is described in our Privacy policy.
Legal obligations of venues
The system helps you comply: all 14 EU allergens are marked for every dish and drink, and the menu shows anchor prices automatically.
Device monitoring
Totems run with remote monitoring, so we keep track of their status remotely.
